Due to being the only pet Rabbit Breeders in the Bay Area, we have a high volume of requests. We have made it easy to get on the waiting list for available litters coming up. We are not a business and don't breed aggressively, we ask to be patient. Here at Bae's Magic Top Hat Rabbitry, our main goal is to provide: greatest looking, smallest and happiest of bunnies the world has ever seen! We get satisfaction from the look of happiness in a person's face when they meet our bundles of joy. This accomplishment takes a lot of time and effort on our part with dedication. We strive to learn something new everyday by taking classes and extensive training when it comes to care and protection of our pet rabbits. Reserve yours today, we have all colors you can think off with the perfect disposition!
This is an option and not required. Due to high volumes and demands on certain breeds, we ask that you provide the specific breed you are interested in as well as the color and sex. As soon as we get kits, the bunny will have a deposit per se and be reserved specifically for you. I'm essentially letting you pick the best looking bunny before anyone else! If the litter that came up didn't pique your interest, you can choose to pass up for the next one available. By doing so, you have time to take advantage by buying supplies, researching more and making space for when it's time to take your baby home. We will contact you multiple times on separate occasions with rabbits available matching your description, if those times you fail to receive the rabbit available you will be removed from the waiting list with notice and no refunds will be made. We ask a $40 deposit on each bunny, the placement on the list goes as deposits are received. Please make sure the bunny you have chosen is the one you want, for there will not be any exchange of bunnies once it's chosen. All waiting list deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Fee for waiting list is $40 which essentially goes towards the balance payment of the bunny you choose once you have chosen one when contacted. Please read and understand terms of this agreement below before placing a deposit on our waiting list for one of our future pet bunnies. I do reserve the right of refusal service/product to any buyer. The inability to maintain a professional relationship as buyer and seller and/or follow our guidelines will also be subject of refusal. Once bunny has been chosen, you may reserve or pay in full on our website as soon as possible to avoid bunny being sold to someone else. Please be patient, we do not breed our bunnies aggressively. It may take a while, but a promised bunny is due. We can not hold bunnies until you are ready because bunnies risk not finding the right good home. Terms of Agreement
​YOU HAVE MADE THE CONSCIOUS CHOICE OF GETTING ON THIS OPTIONAL WAITLIST. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO GET ON THE WAITLIST TO PURCHASE A BUNNY FROM US. BY DOING SO, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. NO EXCEPTIONS! DON'T AGREE? DO NOT GET ON THE WAITLIST.
1. Pay Deposit via PayPal, Cash, Credit/Debit cards in person of $40.00 for each specific future bunny you wish to hold. Deposit goes towards the final price of the bunny, it is not the entire price for the bunny. Placement on the list goes in the order as deposits are received by date and time.
2. The Waitlist Priority fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Same applies if you no longer are interested, it was an accident, or found a bunny elsewhere and would like a refund, medical issue or if you are tired of waiting.
3.Once you choose your bunny, you will go ahead and reserve the bunny once they are posted on the website pending under your waitlist number. The $40 deposit will already be applied towards that specific bunny. That bunny will only be reserved for you. You can not switch deposits to a different bunny once you have chosen one. Please be sure that's the one you want! ​
4. Once you are notified the available bunny(ies) will be posted, please make sure you respond within 24 hours. Bunny(ies) will be posted regardless and there's a chance they will get sold. No response = PASS, and a third time will be permanently SUBJECT TO REMOVAL of waitlist. Please make sure you make payment as soon as the bunny is posted on my website as pending to your waitlist number, otherwise the bunny will be posted as available and can be reserved by anyone else without notice to you. NO PAYMENT FOR BUNNY = NO BUNNY RESERVED TO YOU.
5. As a waitlister, if you wish to reserve the bunny in-person as oppose to our website once the bunnies are posted for sale; You risk the bunny being sold to somebody else. There is no holding of bunnies until you are ready to stop by: due to work, school or medical reasons. It is your responsibility to stop by before/when they are posted for sale. We are not responsible for life-happenings.
6. Please be patient! Unfortunately, we will not have a guaranteed bunny color within one year. It may be one day or as long as two years, DWARF BUNNIES DO NOT BREED LIKE RABBITS. What this means is we can't produce a lot of bunnies all the time, bunnies will breed and have babies when they want/can. We will only contact you as soon as we have what you are looking for. Some colors are harder to get because of gene pool. Feel free to contact us if you change your mind on preferred color type and are interested in what we have available now.
7. When you have changed your mind on a bunny you already reserved/paid-full, you have the choice of getting on the waitlist with the amount you originally paid for another future bunny instead of losing your deposit altogether. Same policy applies, there will be no refunds of any kind under no circumstance.
