​*We are not a business, and don't operate as such. At your discretion, by purchasing any of our rabbits here at Bae's Magic Top Hat Rabbitry, you agree to comply with all the terms of our Sales Policy below. No exceptions.*
Bae's Rabbitry Bunnies - are strictly Pet-Rabbits to be rehomed as Pet-Homes only for companionship and to be part of the family! Please do research prior to reserving or paying in full for one of our adorable bunnies. We do not sell our bunnies to be used for breedings, competing in shows, tables, judges or for them to do tricks. We have absolutely no knowledge of such stressful events and they're not conditioned for them. We reserve the right to refuse selling our bunnies to anyone for any reason, at such case we will fully refund you. The safety and health of my babies and family come first. My bunnies, my home, my rabbitry, my firm prices, my rules. Thank you!

Adopt before you shop!- We are a firm believer of having options. If you do not trust me or my bunnies, you have no business purchasing from me. When you make a purchase for any pet, you should be able to have that trust, and if you don't have it please do not purchase from them. It is common sense and very simple, I do not get offended because I practice this everyday. Visit other rabbitries, shelters and even individuals selling their bunnies. You are in no way obligated to purchase our "expensive" pet rabbits. Do your research thoroughly before buying any bunny. There are Pet Stores, Shelters and even bunnies in houses that need to be re-homed because of bad/accidental mix breeding. Bae's papered and pedigreed bunnies are for families looking for baby pet, a specific breed, size, color, temperament etc. We encourage you to keep browsing and even volunteer to see what is like to care for a bunny before deciding to stop by and purchasing one of our dwarf babies. It's a great way to see what it's like to care and live with a baby bunny. We welcome any responsible and committed owners looking for a pet!

Closed Rabbitry- Since the year 2018, when we took possession of the rabbitry to our ranch, we have been and remained a closed Rabbitry. There was an incident in which our family was put in danger in our residence because of burglars. Our bunnies were harmed, stolen and suffered stress, losses and damages to our personal home. We then decided to have a closed Rabbitry. Face to face sales are now done in Hayward, CA thanks to our co worker's family where you'll meet with one of us, Vicente, Baeh or Librada.

Weaning- Bunnies need their mother to develop a strong immune system. Babies go home within the 8th-12th week, as soon as they wean from mom, eat on their own and drinking water to prevent health problems in the future and possible deaths due to stress. DO NOT purchase any animal from any person/breeders under 2 months of age, besides being illegal your pet will die and you'll have vet bills to pay.

Prices- We price our bunnies accordingly to support them. No bunny will be placed on hold under any circumstance without any form of payment. Choosing to purchase a bunny means you agree with the asking price. Pricing goes by the breed, sex, build, color and traits that the bunny carries. Just because the bunny is more expensive, it doesn't mean it'll make a better pet. It just means it carries a trait or two we are fond of and wouldn't mind keeping him/her. We price as follows: $0 - $800 at our discretion based on pedigree/color/size. Let's be clear about this, we do not sell showable rabbits because a showable rabbit means it's show material. We do not sell them as show qualifying at all. Under NO circumstance do we promise a winning bunny and much less mislead buyers about tables, judges or breeding rabbits. We discourage breeding's or stressful situations like competitive shows. If your bunny had an "accidental" litter, please do not contact us. Part of being a pet owner is being responsible. It is not our job to guide you through the process. You assumed responsibility when you decided to breed your bunny, furthermore, the support is voided. In the case of an approved refund, there will be a $60.00 Cancellation/Penalty Fee.

Deposits & Payments- Do not submit payment unless you are buying! PayPal/Paper Receipts will be given at all times for any form of payment received. No bunny will be placed on hold under any circumstance without any form of payment and the deposit form. When the rabbit is placed on hold with a deposit (50% of full price), arrangements to finalize payment and pick up will be made. If the bunny is not picked up(no answer on calls/texts/e-mails), the deposit will not be refundable and the bunny will be put up again for adoption. All bunnies purchased must be picked up within 3 days of sale or when ready to go home. Anytime after the weaning date, you will be accountable for a fee of $10 a day. After 7 days, the bunny will be put up for sale again. If a second or third bunny was purchased and the "Ready to go" date is much later date than your first bunny, you may pickup all bunnies then at no extra charge! Also, please be mindful all deposits and payments will not be refundable under any circumstances for obvious reasons. Deposits made on the following instance such as: on the wrong bunny, animal support and psychiatrist did not approve, allergies, asthma, not as described(bunnies are purchased in person or online with various photos), can no longer keep them, bored with bunnies, no longer want them, I accidentally purchased the bunny, child grabbed card and paid for bunny, I'm located in another state and can't afford to pick up rabbit, accidentally finished paying off someone else's bunny, paid for a reserved/sold bunny, and paid for a bunny from another state is also not subject to a refund. Be certain of the bunny you pick, for there will be no last minute change of mind once a deposit is put down on that specific bunny. NO SWAPPING of bunnies so make sure the payment is for the correct bunny. Be sure a bunny is what you want prior to placing a deposit. Deposits and any other form of payment will be in cash at the time of purchase or through PayPal at baesmagictophat@gmail.com or Credit Cards/Debit Cards in person or through the phone ONLY. NO TRADES. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SALE AT ANY GIVEN TIME* Refused sales will not be subject to a refund. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I find threatening and or offensive. Any calls/text/email/visits to us will be recorded at our discretion for security purposes.

Services- De worming, nail trimming, teeth clipping, vaccinations and bunny boarding are offered for $10 each (day). A copy of your pedigree will be mailed for $40 (in case you lost/misplaced it). If you like our photoshoots, hand drawings and themes, we charge $50 for any and all rabbits. Pictures will be E-mailed or in print.

Appointments- For purchasing a bunny ONLY, there are no longer showings of bunnies to prevent death of them from stressing to and from meeting location. All appointments must be made by filling out our Appointment Form. Please be ready to provide us with the bunnies you are interested in to purchase. Also, state if you'll be paying cash or card to have someone prepared when meeting with you. When scheduling for an appointment please make sure you make it on time. If you can't make your scheduled appointment, let us know in advance. We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel. Also, keep us updated in case there is traffic or if you are lost, we will try our best to help you with directions. If there is a NO SHOW, you will be automatically blocked and no longer allowed to purchase from us.

Delivery- Personal hand Delivery is available! Hayward, CA is the pickup location and fee is set based on where you reside from Hayward. Contact us for quote!

Shipping- We do not offer airline plane shipping per USDA Ordinance! However, rabbit(s) can be picked up from SF Airport for a small fee of $50 after being seen. Or the better option is having your bunny personally delivered to your doorstep! Contact us for fee.

Health Guarantee/Returns- As the buyer, you have the duty to have your bunny inspected in the first 1-2 weeks by a vet to ensure he/she is in perfect health! If you need more time, fine. Contact me and let me know that. Bunnies may acquire a number of diseases, we are not specialized vets to determine the future of your bunny's health! We are not perfect and any breed comes with complications. It is the buyer's job to take the bunny for a health examination to make sure overall the bunny is in healthy shape. I will repeat this part because some people fail to understand rabbits are not dogs or cats. And I do not operate like kennel. It is your responsibility to go to the vet for a free health exam and ensure the healthy bunny you purchased from me is in fact healthy and won't have any issues in 10-15 years. If something comes up, bring the bunny back and I'll refund you fully. If nothing comes up, then great! You have a healthy happy bunny and you did what every responsible pet owner should do. Furthermore, I offer vet listings for vaccines, annually checkups and fixing through my private password protected page. There is no reason why you can't go! All of our rabbits are handled daily, therefore they have a wonderful temperament. Any rabbit showing aggression, will not be sold. Also, we wouldn't sell you a sick or unhealthy bunny. We guarantee that the rabbit is healthy and friendly to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. We do not guarantee gender, fertility of rabbit, their temperament as they get older(they can be exposed to stress from kids holding them "gently", various pets, noises, scares, kids and such that can make them aggressive), health as they get older(lack of food, poisons, teeth problems etc.), how they'll do as they get older and color change as they get older (molting). Although, things can happen and if it does, we will replace the bunny of equal value when sick/dead bunny is brought in within 7 days. Why 7 days? Because when you picked up the bunny from us, we showed you how fat the bunny is, how happy, how clear those eyes, nose and ears are, how nice that coat is, how sweet and docile the bunny is and how those teeth are, gender and nails are. Right? So you know, your bunny was extremely healthy at pickup and therefore should have continued same way if our instructions were followed. Bunnies just need 24 hours to die if they don't receive adequate care. That is why 7 days. If your bunny passes away for no apparent reason within the 7 days, we won't give refunds but you will receive a bunny from the soonest available litter. Once you receive a replacement bunny, the replacement bunny/health guarantee is void.
Please stop stressing bunnies the first week they go home! I will not replace bunnies that were stressed because you could not follow our guidance. That is NEGLECT and we will NOT TOLERATE IT!

If you want a refund instead of a replacement bunny, you must take the bunny to the vet to have the cause of death be determined it was indeed congenital or bunny was sick with no signs. However, when checked by me or our personal vet if there were any evidence of injury, neglect, abuse or heat stroke this warranty will be automatically voided. Do you have a problem with this? Do not buy from us. That simple! Save yourself the headache, our heartbreak and a bunny's life gone too soon because of your negligence. For approved refunds: PayPal charges a fee for refunds.
As of October 10th, 2020 we will no longer provide a health guarantee if your bunny is not vaccinated against RHDV2. If you have purchased or plan to purchase from us, you know how important it is to vaccinate your bunny against this deadly disease. We provide resources on where to go! There is absolutely no reason not to go.

Expenses- We will not be held accountable for any veterinary/medical expenses. The pet lemon law does not apply because we are dealing with rabbit species and not dogs/cats. They are more fragile and need extra care. We will not be held for any gas or uber/lyft (delivery) expenses. It is your duty to drive to us to bring back or pickup a bunny. We do not ship or deliver any bunnies that have not been seen! We can't guarantee the fertility, weight, award winning bunny at the fair or personality of bunny. It's up to the buyer to interact and meet with the bunny and make the decision for yourself. There will be absolutely NO refunds under any circumstances. We are not responsible for the temperament of the bunny and interaction after it's left the ranch we trust you made the right decision as well as love the bunny. Also, you should check the overall health and examine the bunny because we show you absolutely everything in the bunny's body with respect to its health at pickup. We strongly suggest people interact with the rabbits prior to placing a deposit. Any signs of health or temperament issues should be established at the time of sale.

Future Checkup- You have the option of taking the bunny to the vet only when taken in within a week to two of sale for a checkup, with proof of papers and bunny brought back you will get your full refund. Why a week? They're not a cat much less a dog, they're extremely more fragile as I have mentioned extensively under Health Guarantee/Returns section. In a week, a bunny can pick something (pesticides) up by simply eating grass and possibly get sick (poisoned), but if you are busy just contact me and I will give you months if needed to make vet appointment as long as constant communication is in order so we make sure bunny is doing fine in the meantime. I understand life happens, and for that I am fair. This will automatically void if you have kept the rabbit for anytime longer than a week and have decided to not take the bunny for a checkup (not contacted me), we will assume you have done your research and consciously have chosen to keep the rabbit and its state. This also includes any and all teeth problems that might occur in the future, a full refund in exchange of the bunny or replacement will be offered upon pictures being sent for proof. No questions asked. To avoid this, have the bunny inspected because a reputable and decent rabbit vet will be able to tell you if the bunny will EVER have teeth problems in the 8-15 years of its life.

Insurance/Warranty- We now offer Life Insurance for your bunny! We pride ourselves on being responsible breeders who would go above and beyond to ensure the customer's satisfaction. We would never knowingly sell an aggressive or unhealthy bunny. I offer a full replacement warranty of same breed & value when any rabbit that becomes ill within 7 days of purchase or dies is brought in. If none are available, you will be put on a wait list until one becomes available. Rabbits that become ill or die must be returned for a replacement. We strongly suggest if any member of the family has allergies to come by and interact with the rabbit prior to purchasing it because there will be no replacement. NO REFUNDS. We do not breed siblings together due to teeth issues in the future with their offspring, instead we may do parents to babies to keep the size smaller adn get a very sought-after color. If you think this is odd or weird, don't. Many breeders do this in their program for that reason. In betterment of the breed. I cannot guarantee a bunny will be show quality or what it'll look like as a junior much less a senior. So please do not purchase based on what you think the bunny will produce for you or win. Pet-homes only!

Deworming/Vaccines- We deworm all our rabbits through water regularly. We administer vaccines to our own stock, microchip, topical creams and herbs when needed to ensure the best health of our herd.

Breeds- We do, to the best of our knowledge sell the purebred breed unless told otherwise. We are not held accountable for any misinformation, as we do our very best research to distinguish when purchasing stock from our breeders. We only acquire pedigreed bunnies from amazing reputable out-of-state breeders. We are truly thankful for every single one of you!

Sexing- At 3-4 weeks old before posting them for sale, and again at 7 weeks we sex the rabbits and mistakes can sometimes be made. And again check genders in front of you at pickup! So we encourage that at the time of purchase, you also check the gender of the bunny you are purchasing before you leave. Unfortunately, there isn't a science to it and it will never be 100% accurate when they're 8 weeks old. Vets have made mistakes as well. Only until your bunny is over the age of 4-6 months can you be more 100% accurate on genders especially when spaying/neutering. No refunds or exchanges on bunnies because of the wrong sex.

Pedigrees- Will be given hard-copy and signed at the time of sale/pickup of bunny. Pedigrees are already included in the sale price unless stated otherwise. Some bunnies will be provided Certificates if no pedigree exists. These beautiful bunnies are PET-RABBITS TO GO TO PET-HOMES ONLY! Pedigrees are given at our discretion and not required in every sale.

Returns- If for some reason you can not take care of your bunny no longer, we will gladly take him/her back at no charge! Please DO NOT release your bunny, the bunny will die because it can't care for itself in the wild. No refunds of any kind will be provided. And if possible, due to cage space we ask you bring in the cage for the placement of your bunny until adopted.

Sales Terms- We won't sell to anybody who's under the age of 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult who will be committed to the rabbit's care and well-being. As a parent or guardian of child, you are fully responsible for the care and well-being of the rabbit. As well as the supervision of the bunny with your pets, children among others. NO refunds will be given for accidents. I reserve the right to modify sales terms and policy at any given time as I see it necessary.

All funds received goes towards the feeding of our bunnies and to the rabbitry itself. We don't profit from our sells. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I find threatening and or offensive towards myself and/or family members. Similar to buyers having protection, sellers do too. I will not hesitate to exercise my right whether that be by email/in-person/online/phone. I will not tolerate it and will pursue police report for harassment and possible restraining order if I have to. All legal disputes will be filed and held in Alameda County Superior Court.
